What happens in the free audit?
A 15-minute call. We look at how you currently handle bookings, replies and admin, and you leave with a clear list of where your time goes. No pitch.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
No. Automations can work with the site, WhatsApp and tools you already have. We only suggest a redesign if your current site is holding you back.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. The assistants read and reply in Arabic, including Egyptian dialect, and in English, answering in whichever language your customer writes in.
Do I have to change the tools I use?
Usually not. We connect what you already use, like WhatsApp, Google Sheets, your calendar or your CRM, so everything stays in sync without copying by hand.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. The written plan you get after the audit includes the timeline and the cost, agreed before any work starts.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Every workflow is tested against real conversations before launch and monitored after it. When a request needs a person, the system hands it to you instead of guessing.
What happens to my customers' data?
It's only used to run your system. We agree how it's handled before work starts, and you can read how we treat data in our privacy notice.
Who owns the system?
You do. Accounts are set up in your business's name wherever possible, and if you ever move on, we hand everything over.
What happens after launch?
On the monthly care plan we monitor the system, tune it and adjust it as your business changes. Without it, you keep a working system and can come back whenever you need changes.
